Born and bred in Tokai, Kim boasts a lifetime of knowledge of the area and importantly recognises the trust that home buyers, sellers and renters place in her. Kim strives to exceed the expectations of the individual and families that she deals with and puts immense effort into matching homes with both personalities and requirements.
Kim matriculated from a leading girls school in Cape Town’s Southern Suburbs and following her studies moved internationally for two years to start her career. Kim returned to South Africa and moved into the medical industry which she enjoyed for ten years. Kim is entrepreneurial in nature and in addition to supporting her own family’s business – Norma’s Homebakes – Kim has worked alongside many business owners helping to streamline their operations. Kim's immense personal network, paired with her diverse business experience lends perfectly to her role as a real estate professional with Chas Everitt.
Kim lives in Tokai, is an avid runner, enjoys exploring Cape Town’s array of wine farms and is Mum to eight year old Jodi.
