Rory O'Hagan has a career strongly focused on leadership positions as CEO (Executive Position) / General Management / Directorship within the Banking and Real Estate arenas. He has been involved in Leadership positions within these industries ranging from the Head of Card Acquiring at Nedbank; to the Head of BoE Private Clients Gauteng; to Heading up Nedbank Retail / Personal Banking Western Cape ,CEO of The Rental Café and BondExcel (Western Cape and Kwazulu Natal) he is currently CEO Chas Everitt Luxury Division running the South African arm of Luxuryportfolio.com within the Chas Everitt Group of companies with Executive responsibility within the Group as well as being shareholder and co-franchisee for Johannesburg's Hyde Park Sandton franchise.During 2004, he decided to explore his own entrepreneurial opportunities and thus began BondExcel Western Cape and KwaZulu-Natal, Rory grew to the fourth largest mortgage originator in South Africa. Rory won numerous accolades as the top performer within the group and continued to build the business from 2004 to 2008. The downturn in the markets, together with the implementation of the Banking Credit's Act changed the mortgage origination space but. not being an individual that gives up, Rory continued with BondExcel, but also augmented the franchise for Aylesford International in South Africa and began the Rental Café - a property rental business with a national representation. During 2016, Rory took up an Executive role as CEO Luxury within the Chas Everitt Group of companies, one of the four largest real estate companies in South Africa with annual sales of R10 Billion ($789 million) over 148 offices throughout the country.
