Fleurdal has the luxury of a new shopping mall (Fleurdal Mall) and a beautiful shopping centre (Kay`s Centre). The shopping centre is walking distance from the retirement village.
This suburb does not have any schools but is surrounded with lovely schools in the neighbouring suburbs which include Uitsig, Fichardt Park and Generaal De Wet.
