One of the most sought-after suburbs in East London is Vincent. It is an older well-established suburb with a tranquil atmosphere and the streets are lined with magnificent trees. Its ideal proximity to amenities has not compromised its peaceful surroundings.

As East London expanded, parts of Vincent were converted into business areas, but the municipality has since controlled this due to fears of the road network being unable to sustain further development.  The result is some areas have many small businesses whilst others have a high concentration of residents.  The mix works very well.

Vincent is within walking distance of Hudson Park Primary & High School.  It is close to other major Schools, Medical Facilities, Churches, Shopping Centres, & Restaurants.  The Vincent Park Shopping Centre is the epicentre of business in this suburb. It has many restaurants & specialist boutique shops. There are also Offices, Banks & B&Bs close by.     

Major roads are easily accessible. It is under a 10minute drive to Nahoon River mouth & Nahoon Beach which is a surfers & swimmers paradise.

All this convenience is a contributing factor to the suburb's popularity.

There are large stately homes set in expansive, landscaped gardens. Some are modern with outstanding fittings. Most have pools. The stands are large and perfect for family living & entertaining. Some homes are set on the Hillside and have breathtaking views of the green valley.                                                                                                      

Generally, the homes range in price for R 2.5million upward to R 6million depending on their notable features and the views they may have. Apartments & Townhouses sell upwards from R 1.5million but there aren't many available on the market.                                                                                                                  

There are a few cluster units available. Superbly designed and in secure complexes with stunning views. Perfect for young professionals, people downsizing or investors. They start in price from R 2.3million                                                                                         

There is a selection of Commercial Property available. Most are older houses that have been converted into offices and have ample parking. This peaceful safe suburb with unrivaled position certainly offers an enviable family lifestyle and value for money leaving little doubt as to why it is so sought after.
