One of the most sought after suburbs is Parkhurst which together with Parkview, Parktown & Parkwood form the desirable residential area known as "The Parks". Parkhurst is an old suburb established in 1904 consisting of 2200 stands which were all developed by the end of the second World War.

Since the 1970's most of these homes have undergone stylish revamps & renovations. The erfs are small - 495sqm but due to the suburbs popularity and supply never meeting demand, prices have been driven high.
