Strathavon is often referred to as the best centrally-located suburb in Sandton.  A mere 5-minute drive from the Sandton CBD - Africa's richest square mile & similarly to the Grayston Drive ramps onto the M1 Highway are 2 of its many advantages.     

The M1Motorway allows easy access to the alternate Business hubs of Rosebank, Parktown & Jhb CBD.  Northbound, Midrand & Centurion are a straightforward commute. This proximity makes Stathavon an attractive choice for Professionals in the Corporate Sector.

More relaxed shopping alternatives are found in the Centres at Benmore, Morningside, Grayston & Village Walk.
