Welcome Mervin Munsami to the Chas Everitt family

Mervin Munsami joined real estate more than half a decade ago, this opened a new door to liaise, consult and interact with clients. It has allowed him to give undivided and individual attention to help his clientele which has been a very rewarding and fulfilling change in his career.  This is shown in his positive and assertive drive since 2016 where he has become broker of the month in his first term selling property as well as performance broker of the month meaning that as an agent he has had the highest sales within that period. He also became premier property consultant within his first year of joining a well branded and known agency , He has qualified with NQF 4 and PDE 4  in the first year of becoming an agent and topped that up with 2nd place rookie of the year in the company.

Completed his course in principles of commercial and industrial brokerage at C.P.M.D 

Adding himself to the commercial division in 2018 has given him a scope to practice his engineering knowledge and experience. His vast knowledge of factories and building structures supercedes his counterparts making him adversant and conversant to be able to advise clients and make calculated decisions, with over 25 years in heavy industry and construction.

Although being successful in engineering Mervin decided to give it up and changed his direction because he exhausted himself and spent 18 hours a day on sites 7 days a week, He felt life slip away instead of enjoying it, he missed out on family and kids, real estate has given him that opportunity to be flexible, be there for his family more and a better and healthier way of life.

Is to always know what is happening to market values and trends, to be able to farm within my area and understand what has been listed or what has been sold.  To motivate and assist were i am needed. I will equip myself to execute diligently targets and goals.

My message to anyone who wants change its never too late, success is determined by the wealth of happiness, time wasted is time you can never get back once spent its gone forever its given to each and every one in this life use it wisely, even real estate teaches us every minute counts you waste that minute calling a client you lost a client its always FFF (fastest finger first)
