Eskom 50 KVA and 3 phase on the farm and a generator of 30 KVA. With a view, this is a lifestyle property. With five rooms and three cottages, it can be used as a guest house. There are several well-known golf courses within 20 minutes of the property, and there is a golf course right outside.
